We accept multiple payment modes, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems. The full amount is to be paid in advance before the shipment of goods. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Since delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you chose, you may want to ask about delays. However, Misha's will not be responsible in case there is a delay due to a third-party courier and other conditions beyond our control including bad weather and natural calamities.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you'll love your purchase. However, if for any reason, this does not happen then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs will be your responsibility.

We aim to describe our products correctly on the website. However, we cannot warrant that the descriptions, pictures, or prices are accurate. If the product happens to be mispriced or wrongly described, we shall have the right to cancel the order and shall advise the customer.
