Refund & Return Policy of Misha's
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Misha's. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist. Please go through our refund and return policy carefully to understand our process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable:
Intimate wear, such as lingerie.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Customized or personalized items.
3. Process for Returns
To start a return, please do the following:

Once your return has been approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item to us. Customer will have to pay the shipping cost for returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently allow direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item through our return process and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at sales@mishasomair.com or +92 321 890 1000. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. Once this period is over, the order gets processed, and it cannot be cancelled.
